One activity covers more areas of the curriculum than any other... PUPPETRY!

These workshops cover ALL the curriculum strands for Art & Design, Drama and Technology plus some in Music and Language. There are obvious opportunities to integrate with Environmental Studies and PSD topics in a dramatic context. “Stage a Production” is also the perfect enterprise project as it meets all the criteria and more!

Children who are shy about performing in other drama activities usually have no issues with “performing” through a puppet while they themselves are hidden. This means that all children, regardless of their confidence, can achieve the appropriate drama attainments - and have great fun doing it!
